EULA - End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This is a legal agreement between you and PixelFrolic. The terms of the agreement become binding when you use the Frolic program. Frolic is shareware and is supplied as is with no claims of suitability for a particular purpose. You agree to indemnify and hold blameless both PixelFrolic and its distributors for any alleged or actual damages arising from the use of this program. You agree to buy Frolic if you use it beyond the 7 day trial period. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
